This screen provides all details of the Reason codes in the ePOD system.

Reason codes are set up at two levels:
Codes are set up at many reasons, denoted by Type:
* Job level - for cancelling whole jobs.
* Job - Reason Codes for cancelling whole jobs.
* Detail level - to cancel or short-deliver containers.
* Detail - Reason Codes for cancelling or short-delivering containers and items.
* Vehicle Damage codes - used exclusively for the bespoke Vehicle EPOD system. They are of types:
** Location
** Type
** Severity
* Claused Delivery reason codes - used when the system is configured for Claused Delivery codes.
* DU - Delivery Units or Asset Types


Users are able to filter data by Reason Type, Reason Code and Description.

This screen provides all details of the codes in the CALIDUS ePOD system.

This page provides functionality to View, Create and Edit Codes.

Codes are set up at many reasons, denoted by Type:

  • Job - Reason Codes for cancelling whole jobs.
  • Detail - Reason Codes for cancelling or short-delivering containers and items.
  • Vehicle Damage codes - used exclusively for the bespoke Vehicle EPOD system. They are of types:

A New button is provided on the header to allow the user to enter new codes. When this is pressed, the screen allows the user to enter the details:
