| Term or Acronym | Meaning |
| EPOD | Electronic Proof of Delivery. The OBS EPOD system is CALIDUS EPOD. |
| PDA | The unit on which the EPOD system will run in the field. This can be a Phone, EDA or industrial PDA, running Windows Mobile 6+, Android or iOS. |
| Container | A delivered item, such as a package, pallet, carton, trolley, etc. Any item that can contain products. |
| Loose Products | Products delivered by Product Code rather than by specific ID, therefore not picked specifically for this job, but on demand. |
| Completion Report | POD, POC, Service/Work Report |
