Reason Codes

This screen provides all details of the Reason codes in the ePOD system.

This page will provide functionality to View, Create and Edit reason codes

Users will be able to filter data by Reason Type, Reason Code and Description.

The screen will display a grid:

A single line will be displayed per reason code found.

The items in the grid can be edited by clicking the Select then Edit buttons - an Update button is provided to save edited values.

A Delete button is provided against each line to delete the reason code.

A New button is provided on the header to allow the user to enter new reason codes. When this is pressed, the screen allow the user to enter the details:

This will be validated that this reason type and code are not a duplicate for a site. If so, an error will be displayed and the data will not be saved.

A Create button will save the data.
