Vehicle Checks

This screen allows users to configure the vehicle checks process on the PDA.

When started, this screen displays all vehicle checks that have been configured in the system.

To change the frequency of the check, click the Edit button provided. Once changed, click the Update button to save the changes, or the Cancel button to discard.

To edit a question already entered, slick Select then Edit against a question in the grid. The screen will display the question and it can be modified. Once these details are entered, click the Create button to save the question, or Cancel to discard the changes.

To delete a question, click Select then Delete against a question in the grid.

To add a new question, click the New button.

The screen will prompt you for:

• Question - text to display
• Format - a drop-down list where you can choose one of:
  • Numeric - numeric entry only
  • Text - any text entry
  • Boolean - Yes or No answer items.
  • Options - A number of checkable options on the screen at one time.
• Skippable - whether the user is allowed to skip this question without answer.

Once these details are entered, click the Create button to save the question, or Cancel to discard the changes.
