PDA Delivery

Deliveries function in exactly the same way as collections.

If the job is a Delivery, you will be shown this screen. You will be initially presented with Template:AndroidTemplate:IOS a summary screen or Template:WinMo a list of containers to be delivered.

Note: If this is a delivery of a job that was collected earlier in the load, the PDA should only prompt you to deliver the items that were collected. You will not be allowed to deliver a job that has not yet been collected.

From here you can enter the Container in the text box or select it from the list and click either Non-Delivery or Deliver:

• Template:WinMo Non-Delivery will give you the ability to cancel the whole container and any products under it.
• Template:WinMoTemplate:AndroidTemplate:IOS Deliver will progress you to the products tab with all products within the selected container will be shown. If there are no products within the container, the container will simply be marked as delivered.

You are able to long-press any container in the grid. This will provide a pop-up menu, allowing you to see the either the details of the selected container, or a list of the contained products. The pop-up menu also allows cancellation or delivery, as above.

Similarly to the containers tab, the products tab gives you the ability to deliver a product in full or amend the quantity collected.

If enabled, User Notes can also be entered through another tab.

Template:WinMoThe Delivery process can also be configured to allow you to indicate whether payment for the delivery has been received, through a tab for this purpose.

Once all products and containers have been delivered you are required to click the Template:WinMoOK or Template:AndroidTemplate:IOS Complete button.

This will take you to the Job Confirmation screen.
