=FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW=

==Client Requirement==
The amend values function needs to allow both the earliest and latest delivery date and time to be set on orders not just the latest delivery time. The amend values function currently only allows a group of selected orders to be set with the same latest delivery time. The trip schedule considers the early delivery time which if set by amend values as well means automatic scheduling is more effective. The amend values function is currently not utilised as a consequence. 

==Solution==
Trip Manipulation screen will be changed to add a new button “Create Trip” to the Edit 	Value screen. The earliest delivery time will also be added to this screen, and then the earliest time can be set. At moment it only allows to edit the latest delivery time.  

The same changes should also be made to the Trip Plan screen.

==Scope==
This change will be applied to system version 10.5  


=FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION=

==Changes to the Trip Manipulation and Trip Plan screen==
	
Edit value screen will be changed to add earliest delivery date and time to allow user set the new earliest date and time. Currently only latest date and time can be set.

This screen will also be changed to add a new button “Create Trip” to allow user to create trip from this screen.

The new Edit value screen will look like screen below:

Program will validate that the latest date entered is greater than the earliest date. The trigger “When Button pressed” on the OK button will be changed to update the early_date on the sch_ord table.

Refer to “Apply To Trip” on unscheduled Order pop up menu for the details on how to create trip for the unscheduled orders.
