FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
It is assumed that this RIO will be managed in conjunction with the Project Rigel System Requirements Document v1.0 or higher. Create the following Reports / Exports from C-TMS:

Solution
Carrier DU’s Shipped Export
A CSV export called Carrier DU’s Shipped will be created in CTMS. The export will run from the current exports screen. The export will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the export as needed.
The export will run for the following parameters :-
- From Date / Time
- To Date / Time
- Carrier
The carrier parameter will show a list of available carriers.
The export will show a line for each order and order line that match the selection criteria. For an order to appear on the export it must be scheduled onto a trip.
HC Delivery Note
The current layout of the Healthcare Uk Delivery Note matches the example given in the requirements document. The current Healthcare UK Delivery Note will be used as a template for a new delivery note and the following changes will be made.
- ‘COLLECTION’ label will print above the order details when the order is a collection back to the depot.
Baxter Radial Loading Schedule A new PDF report will be created in CTMS. The report will be available in the existing Reports screen. When the report is run it will display in a new window to allow the user to save or print the output.
Three parameters will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table and these parameters will be available in the Reports screen.
- From Schedule – Drop down list of schedules.
- To Schedule – Drop down list of schedules.
- Depot – Validated against a list of locations.
The depot parameter will show a list of available depots for the user.
Baxter Download ID Orders Report
A CSV export called Baxter Download ID Orders will be created in CTMS. The export will run from the current exports screen. The export will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the export as needed.
The export will run for the following parameters :-
- Download ID
Baxter CSR Report
A CSV export called Baxter CSR will be created in CTMS. The export will run from the current exports screen. The export will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the export as needed.
The export will run for the following parameters :-
- From Date / Time
- To Date / Time
- Customer
The customer parameter will show a list of available customers.
Load Summary Report
An oracle report called HCR Load Summary will be created in CTMS. The report will run from the current reports screen. The report will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the report as needed.
The report will run for the following parameters :-
- Cost Centre
- Schedule From
- Schedule To
The report will show the total number of trips for the cost centre group by trip status and carrier type (E.G. Own fleet, haulier etc).
The report will also contain any trips for the cost centre that have a warning message. The source of this warning will need to be confirmed at Functional Spec stage.
The report will show a separate page for each schedule within the range.
SMS / e-mail Summary Report
An CSV export called SMS Email Summary will be created in CTMS. The export will run from the current exports screen. The export will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the report as needed.
The report will run for the following parameters :-
- Cost Centre
- Date / Time From
The report will contain details of any SMS or Email messages sent since the date specified in the parameter.
The development of the SMS/Email functionality will provide more details for the source of fields for this report.

Data
7 new reports will be added to the rep report table to allow the reports to be selected in the Reports or Exports screen.
The selection parameters will be added to Rep Report Param.

For the reports to be accessible in the Report or Exports screen they should be promoted to the relevant user group.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Carrier DU's Shipped Export
A new CSV export will be created in CTMS. The export will be available in the existing Exports screen. When the export is run it will display in a new window to allow the user to save or print the output.
Three parameters will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table and these parameters will be available in the Exports screen.
- From Date – Will include the date and time. Defaults to today
- To Date – Will included the date and time. Defaults to today
- Carrier – a drop down list containing carriers will be available. The default value will be ‘ALL’
The From Date and To Date parameters will be mandatory.
A line will be displayed for each order and order line that matches the criteria entered. The order Late Del Date and time will be compared to the From and To date parameters. An order must be scheduled on a trip to appear in the export.
The export will contain the following fields.
HC Delivery Note
A HC Delivery Note exists in CTMS, however the requirement for this RIO is slightly different. The existing report will be used as a template for a new ‘Rigel Delivery Note’. The report will be created in PDF format and will run from the existing Reports screen. When the report is run it will be displayed in a new window to allow the user to save or print the output.
Seven parameters will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table, these parameters will be available in the Reports screen at runtime.
- From Date – Will include Date and Time. Defaults to today.
- To Date – Will include Date and Time. Defaults to today.
- Trip ID – Free text field.
- Depot – Validated against a list of locations.
- Carrier – A drop down list of carriers will be available.
- Schedule – A drop down list of schedules will be available.
- Copies – A list of 1, 2 or 3. Defaults to ‘1’
The functionality of the report will match that of the existing report. However, if the order being printed is identified as a collection back to the depot the label ‘Collection’ will be printed above the order details.

This parameter will be mandatory.
The export will contain the following fields
The user will enter a specific Download Id which will be used to retrieve data in the export. Orders that have a matching Download ID will be displayed in the report. No other restrictions on the orders will be used.
The trip details shown will be for the trip collecting the order from the Orders From Location
Baxter CSR Report
A new CSV export will be created in CTMS. The export will be available in the existing Exports screen. When the export is run it will display in a new window to allow the user to save or print the output.
Three parameters will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table and these parameters will be available in the Exports screen.
- From Date – Will include Date and Time. Defaults to today.
- To Date – Will include Date and Time. Defaults to today.
- Customer – Drop down list containing all customers. The default value will be ‘ALL’
The From and To date parameters will be mandatory.
The following fields will be included in the extract.
Any orders with an Early Del date that falls between the From and To date parameters, will be included in the report. If a customer is selected in the parameters only orders for this customer will be included.
Load Summary Report
A new PDF report will be created in CTMS. The report will be available in the existing Reports screen. When the report is run it will display in a new window to allow the user to save or print the output.
Three parameters will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table and these parameters will be available in the Reports screen.
- From Schedule – Drop down list of schedules.
- To Schedule – Drop down list of schedules.
- Cost Centre – Drop down list of cost centres. Default will be ‘ALL’.
The From and To schedule parameters will be mandatory.
The report will include trips where the schedule of the trip falls between the From and To schedule parameters. If a Cost Centre parameter is entered only trips belonging to this cost centre will be included in the report.
The report will show trip totals for each cost centre grouped by trip status and carrier type, for example Fleet or Haulier.
The report will also include a section showing warning messages against a particular trip.
The report will show a separate page for each schedule in the range and carrier if all carriers have been selected.
The following fields will be included in the report.

SMS Email Summary Report
A new CSV export will be created in CTMS. The export will be available in the existing Exports screen. When the export is run it will display in a new window to allow the user to save or print the output.
Two parameters will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table and these parameters will be available in the Exports screen.
- From Date – Will include Date and Time. Defaults to today.
- Cost Centre – Drop down list containing cost centres. The default will be ‘ALL’
The export will show the details of and SMS or Email preadvice messages sent since the date specified in the From Date parameter. If a cost centre is selected only messaged relating to Orders for this cost centre will be included.
The export will include the following fields.
