FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
Create MPC (Pallet Control) extract Report in MTS ReportsAllan Butterworth/St Albans/UK/Exel
Change Request Details:
Amend MTS Poland report - Equip_Moves_Export to show UK CN MTS data. Selection parameters by Group Name, Customer(Client) - 'Blank' for 'ALL',Date From, Date to. - Add into Exportable Reports.
Solution
Create a copy of the procedure DP_CSV2.equip_moves, called DP_CSV2.CN_equip_moves.
In the new procedure the cursor c_equip_moves will be amended to select data based on Group Name , this will replace the existing selection on Owning Depot. The Parameter details listed at the top of the extract will be amended to reflect the new parameter Group Name, again this will replace the current OWNING_DEPOT parameter.
A new record will be added to the REP_REPORT table to define the extract for selection and 4 records will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table to define the 4 parameters requested for the extract.
Scope
This change will be applied to system version 10.5
Data
A new record will be added to REP_REPORT to allow the new Consumer version of Equipment Moves to be run from the export screen.
4 new records will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table to reflect the 4 parameters which will be available when running the Consumer version of Equipment Moves.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The requirement is to create a version of the Equipment Moves extract which will be run by Consumer. To achieve this existing Equipment Moves extract will be copied, creating a consumer version. The consumer version will be amended to reflect the consumer requirements. This will be a separate extract to the original Equipment Moves, which will remain unchanged.
The new version will be created in the same package as the original DP_CSV2. The original procedure Equip_moves will be copied and renamed CN_Equip_moves.
In the new version, the cursor c_equip_moves will be amended to select data based on group name. This selection will overwrite the existing selection based on owning depot.
The new extract will be available to run from the exports screen. The extract will be named CN Equipment Moves and when selected 4 parameters will be displayed. The parameters will relate to
Group Name (new parameter replacing Owing Depot in Equip_Moves)
Customer (same parameter as Equip Moves)
Date From (same parameter as Equip Moves)
Date to (same parameter as Equip Moves)
