FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
It is assumed that this RIO will be managed in conjunction with the Project Rigel System Requirements Document v1.0 or higher. Create the following Reports / Exports from C-TMS:
Carrier DU's Shipped Export
HC Delivery Note - Modification only
Baxter Radial Loading Schedule
Baxter Download ID Orders Report
Baxter CSR Report
Load Summary Report
SMS / e-mail Summary Report
Solution
Carrier DU’s Shipped Export
A CSV export called Carrier DU’s Shipped will be created in CTMS. The export will run from the current exports screen. The export will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the export as needed.
The export will run for the following parameters :-
- From Date / Time
- To Date / Time
- Carrier
The carrier parameter will show a list of available carriers.
The export will show a line for each order and order line that match the selection criteria. For an order to appear on the export it must be scheduled onto a trip.
HC Delivery Note
The current layout of the Healthcare Uk Delivery Note matches the example given in the requirements document. The current Healthcare UK Delivery Note will be used as a template for a new delivery note and the following changes will be made.
- ‘COLLECTION’ label will print above the order details when the order is a collection back to the depot.
Baxter Radial Loading Schedule A new PDF report will be created in CTMS. The report will be available in the existing Reports screen. When the report is run it will display in a new window to allow the user to save or print the output.
Three parameters will be added to the REP_REPORT_PARAM table and these parameters will be available in the Reports screen.
- From Schedule – Drop down list of schedules.
- To Schedule – Drop down list of schedules.
- Depot – Validated against a list of locations.
The depot parameter will show a list of available depots for the user.
Baxter Download ID Orders Report
A CSV export called Baxter Download ID Orders will be created in CTMS. The export will run from the current exports screen. The export will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the export as needed.
The export will run for the following parameters :-
- Download ID
Baxter CSR Report
A CSV export called Baxter CSR will be created in CTMS. The export will run from the current exports screen. The export will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the export as needed.
The export will run for the following parameters :-
- From Date / Time
- To Date / Time
- Customer
The customer parameter will show a list of available customers.
Load Summary Report
An oracle report called HCR Load Summary will be created in CTMS. The report will run from the current reports screen. The report will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the report as needed.
The report will run for the following parameters :-
- Cost Centre
- Schedule From
- Schedule To
The report will show the total number of trips for the cost centre group by trip status and carrier type (E.G. Own fleet, haulier etc).
The report will also contain any trips for the cost centre that have a warning message. The source of this warning will need to be confirmed at Functional Spec stage.
The report will show a separate page for each schedule within the range.
SMS / e-mail Summary Report
An CSV export called SMS Email Summary will be created in CTMS. The export will run from the current exports screen. The export will display in a separate window to allow the user to save or print the report as needed.
The report will run for the following parameters :-
- Cost Centre
- Date / Time From
The report will contain details of any SMS or Email messages sent since the date specified in the parameter.
The development of the SMS/Email functionality will provide more details for the source of fields for this report.
SET-UP
Data
7 new reports will be added to the rep report table to allow the reports to be selected in the Reports or Exports screen.
The selection parameters will be added to Rep Report Param.
