FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
On the debrief screen additional information is required, the cases ordered, the cases despatched and the number of lifts. The headings on this screen are not clear and need identifying. "actual despatched" should show actual despatched cases, "actual deliver" should show Actual delivered cases, actual deliver lifts. This is essential as some contracts charge at lift level some at case.
Solution
The following columns will be renamed on the Trip Debrief Form ‘Order Debrief’ tab
The following columns will be renamed on the Trip Debrief Form ‘Order Items’ tab and for consistency also on the Orders form ‘Order Items’ tab:
The renaming of the columns will be dependant on a system registry so as not to impact other clients.
Scope
This change will be applied to system version 10.5.
Data
New system registry ‘CHANGE_DEBRIEF_LABELS’ will be added to control the display of the debrief labels.

The renaming of the columns will be dependant on a system registry so as not to impact other clients.
The original database column names will not change and so there will be no resulting change to any other part of the system which references these original columns. They will function as current. No new database columns are to be added as part of this change.
Any further reference names to these columns will not be changed as part of this RIO, for example existing reports and extracts. These will be handled as further requests if required.
NOTE RIO : KM-8A7K9Y will include making the order items tab a configurable layout so it may look different to above screen shots
