Tractor / Trailor Registration Numbers

Change Request Summary:

On the PL Trip Sheet (waybill) only the tractor registration numbers appear if the lorry is related to a trailer. Due to security demands we need both the tractor and trailer registration numbers on the PL Trip Sheet.

Benefits identified as a result of the change:

Security demands will be fully met.

The ‘PL Trip Sheet’ waybill will be changed to display both the tractor and trailer registration numbers. The tractor ID of the trip and the trailer ID of the first trip stop of the trip will be displayed, with the trailer ID displayed to the right of the tractor ID.

The two output fields will be separated by ‘/’ as a divider. The revised output will be presented as follows;

Przewoznik: GAWEL…. Nr rej: KMY7V39 / KMY72PA Kierowica: KAZIMEIRZ MUCHA

(Where KMY7V39 is tractor and KMY72PA is the trailer).

This solution assumes that an additional label specifically for the trailer registration is not required. The two registration numbers will print side by side next to the existing label ‘Nr rej:’ but separated with ‘/’

Because this development is not complex, there is no need to produce a functional specification
