Functional Overview

Client Requirement

1. Remove header (including logos and column headings) from Pages 2 onwards only have it on page 1 of each trip but retain page numbers.2. Reduce Font size by 1 step.3. Reduce gaps between the detail lines so lines become compressed.

Solution

The ‘STL Driver Manifest’ (‘STL_DRVR_MAN’) report will be changed to reduce the number of pages required for the trips selected.

1. The format of the page heading will be retained on all pages printed because it is not possible to compress the space reserved for the page heading on subsequent pages printed for a trip. The page heading would still be required for the page numbering to be printed.

2. The font size of all headings and data in the main body of the report will be reduced from 9 to 8.

3. The blank space will be compressed to enable more data to be printed, specifically this will apply to the following areas:

• The blank space in the page heading and column headings.
• The blank space between the break and stops and after the comments before the next stop.
• The blank space between the address box and the signature box and instructions text.

Functional Description

Driver Manifest

The STL Drivers manifest (‘STL_DRVR_MAN’) can be run from the Reports Screen

The report will be changed to –

• Reduce the font size of all headings and data in the main body of the report from “Arial Western 9” to “Arial Western 8”.
• Remove blank lines between the page heading and column heading.
• Remove the blank lines after the column headings
• Remove the blank lines before delivery/collect instructions and signature box.
• Reduce the blank lines between each stop.
