DP_WMS_ALLOC.sql | Allocation | 4.216 | 03994222 04066270 | - | 1 | 03994222: There were two issues with the replenishment loop at the end of the allocation process. Firstly, there should be no replenishment if the line type is 1 and the SAPP rule is set to "Y". Secondly, out of date stock should not be selected for the replenishment.
The process has been amended to check the SAPP rule for the owner and the sell by date for the pallet. If the SAPP rule is set to "Y" and there is a line type 1 line for the stock code the replenishment will not be generated. If the stock is out of date it will not be selected for the replenishment. 04066270: There was an update which was not subject to the correct conditions and was not updating the record correctly when it did run. It will now only update the allocated quantities when the SAPP rule is "Y" and line type is 1 but it is not a dummy pick, e.g. if the stock code does not have a pick location or if it is a full pallet pick. The allocated quantity on the pallet record should not be updated for a dummy pick (i.e. SAPP rule = "Y", line type = 1, stock code has a pick location entered, quantity < pallet qty or allocated from pick location). For part picks or full picks the allocated quantity should be updated. |
