The system called 'FLEXIPOD_UNALLOCATED_DRIVER' can be set to store a driver code, 'UnallocatedRoute' for example, to use for the 'DriverUserCode' for the manifest in APOD when a driver has not been set for the trip. The driver must exist in APOD.
