The ADDRESS_ID is provided for permanent locations but it is not provided for temporary address. The variant addresses can be provided with or without an ADDRESS_ID but they do require an ADDRESS_EXT_REF. The unknown locations will continue to create a new location when a matching address for an existing location is not found. |
