The file cannot contain the same pre-advice number more than once except when the first instruction is to delete the existing GRN for the pre-advice number. A GRN must exist to delete the pre-advice number. If a GRN for a pre-advice number is being replaced, the sequence must be to delete then to insert to be successful. The transaction numbers in the XLS file will match the transaction sequence numbers that have been received in the file. The error messages in the XLS file and the log file will indicate the advice note number and the container number when:
1 Neither the advice note number nor the container number has been received. 2 The GRN does not exist to delete. 3 The GRN has pallet details. 4 The GRN has started to be received. 5 The GRN has been confirmed.
1 A duplicate GRN is detected.
The GRN can be deleted, created or appended with new order line numbers. |
