Main differences: - Item Description hard-coded as "Clinical Supplies" - Delivery Notes populated with Shipper ID (Pack Reference) and TMD ID (Temp Monitor Serial Number) headings with Kits (serial numbers packed) listed in comma separated list below. - Revised 'ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT' footing includes GSK ORDER number which matches Request ID in page heading. This release also includes a fix to the GS2 format as the Lot ID change in the previous version introduced a bug which prevent serial number from being reported in the 'Kit Number(s)' box.
