The gazetteer import process will need to be setup and imported using the format name 'Gazetteer UKMail'. Both the Postcode and Service files must be present for a new gazetteer to be imported successfully. The new system parameter CARR_GAZ_POSTCODE_FORMAT will need to store the gazetteer format(s) that provide the postcode without distinction between the outer and inner sections of the postode (e.g. 'Gazetteer DHL ESD'). The new tab pages, import processes and report will need to be authorised for the appropriate user groups. The carrier for the customer will need to be configured for its label and manifest formats, and tracking references.	Denis Starodubov

CARR_GAZ_POSTCODE_FORMAT	SYSTEM	Description: 'For which carrier gazetteer formats will the postcode in the file exclude spaces. (List delimited with semi-colons)' Result: If the gazetteer import format name is listed in this system parameter it means that the gazetteer file from the carrier will not include a space in the postcode to distinguish between the outer and inner sections of the postcode. This system parameter is expected to be used for ‘Gazetteer DHL ESD’ but it could apply to ‘Gazetteer Polarspeed’ too in the future. This system parameter will not apply to the ‘Gazetteer UKMail’ and ‘Gazetteer Yodel’ import format names because they include their own internal logic.
