Add new WMS translation value of BASE_PICK to indicate which rate id is the 'picking' charge. If not set, or part pallet pick, set value to No. When despatch invoice values generated, if WMS translation matches rate id and rule flag set to Yes, generate picking charge with zero value and description of 'base pick'. |
