TRM.sql Trip Management 5.180.1.1 357470 - 3 Amended TRM to ensure that the hub location for an auto-planned route is not fixed to ensure that its planned arrival and departure times are stored for the trip stop when it is added for the carrier.

Also set the cost centre of the trip to that of its orders when the trip is created to ensure that the system parameters are assessed using the cost centre for the carrier rules.
