If two order lines were processed with the same page number and product type but for different order numbers it failed to trigger the creation of the pick header record.
When a number of orders are allocated by order range or route/load and they contain single lines for full pallets and stock codes with the same product type a pick header record with page number 1 should be created for each order allowing them to be pick confirmed. |
