All of the relevant parameters and address data must match for the sales orders to be consolidated. These parameters are for the order, customer, customer order pallet Types (optional) and free type delivery address (optional) levels. The optional values for the setup of the customer order pallet types will only be assessed when they are present for the customers of the sales orders. The optional values for the free type delivery address will only be assessed when they are present for the sales orders. For example, a free type delivery address may be set to redirect a sales order to a different depot or delivery location for a specific reason. If a free type delivery address is specified, this delivery address will be used to consolidate sales orders for customer addresses with the same EAN reference and the same delivery address. If the EAN reference is '0' or null, the consolidation will be performed based on the customer code and the delivery address as per the specification for the original development.

3	Refers to new parameters 'Single SKUs per Pallet' and 'Allow SKUs on Split Pallets?'. 'Single SKUs per Pallet' can be N (not single SKU pallet building), Y (single SKU pallet building) or A (single SKU pallet building but allow top-up with stock for other SKUs). 'Allow SKUs on Split Pallets?' can be N (do not allow remaining stock for SKU to be split over multiple pallets) or Y (do allow split pallets). A pre-pass process will be run when the above parameters are active to ensure that the stock for the SKUs is processed first to build full pallets or to build a part pallet for a SKU and then top-up with stock for another SKU as long as that stock can be included in the remaining space on the pallet when the SKU is not allowed to be split over multiple pallets.
