DP_EDIGEN_PRE_ADVICE_LOAD.sql EDI pre-advice upload 4.70 00239592 - 2 Ensure that POD format EDI goods receipt upload sets all GRN’s receipt dates correctly.

This fixes the issue that the first GRN in file delivery date is set to current date rather than the voyage’s expected start date.
