DP_WMS_ALLOC.sql WMS Allocation 4.207 00516708 - 2 Re-work linked to SAPP (Soft Allocate Part Pick Tasks) development.

Issue is when SAPP rule is not set and user attempts to allocate order lines with a non-line type 1 order line type, the allocation process is not writing all relevant files correctly.

This fix means that all required WARE PICK HEADER records are written.
