| Natalie has requested a change to the Service invoicing screen so that it can be configured to display all jobs, non invoiced jobs, or invoiced jobs. Primary reason is to remove Invoiced Jobs from display to prevent further, accidental, edits being made to them. |

| The CALIDUS eSERV Admin system will be changed to fulfil this requirement.
The Service Invoicing screen will have the Invoiced field on the Find tab changed to ensure that the values are now:
The default value specifically for SM Fleet will be changed to Uninvoiced. The database and packages will be changed to ensure that the Invoiced field always defaults to Uninvoiced (N) when creating a new service job, ensuring that they will always be found as Uninvoiced jobs on this screen.  Note: The screen will still allow showing of all and invoiced jobs, but this will no longer be the default. However, the changes will be made using a data-defined drop-down list object ensuring that, if the client wishes to remove the All option from this screen or change the default value after implementation of this change, this can be easily achieved without further changes to the application. |
