Scheduler not running

When Scheduler Audit says:

PLS-00302: component 'FIXED_DROP_SCHEDULING' must be declared

The process has not been set up correctly.

Check table AUTO_SCHEDULING_ENGINE and make sure that the PROCEDURE_NAME value is correct.
