Introduction

This document describes the contents of this Aptean POD – Calidus Edition device release.


Platforms/Databases

The release will be tested against & supported only for the following platform/database combinations:

  • Android O/S 4.4.x Kit Kat or higher on previously verified devices

User Notes

This is a release of the Aptean POD – Calidus Edition device application.


Released Incidents / Changes

This release contains the following fixes/changes:

CT Issue 317 Fixes to the following Fleet Inspection processes:

  • Can't complete item
  • Can't complete service after adding item to empty fleet inspection - crashes device
  • Search vehicle - no model entry required
  • Search vehicle - not saving mileage
  • Search vehicle - not defaulting to Fleet Inspection
  • Search Vehicle - Unit type not showing description

Topic Action Description
Usage Note On a fleet inspection, the Services screen will always show all tabs, but will not allow the user to switch tabs until at least one item (vehicle) has been added to the service.


Performance Notes

It is not thought that this change will have any impact on performance although it is our recommendation that the performance of all areas of the application is validated during testing to ensure that performance is still good.


Related Releases

There are no related releases, although it is strongly recommended that EPOD server release 4.5.1.11 is released along-side this change, to enable previously released system functionality and essential bug fixes.
