PLANNING.fmx Planning Screen 1.136 02274554 - 3 For version 1.133 - Added logic in F_POP_LISTS to populate 'TO' schedule even when cost_centre is set to ALL.

For version 1.134 - created TRM_ORD_SCHED_SEARCH, TRM_ORD_SCHED_FROM and TRM_ORD_SCHED_TO parameters at system level, and added code in PLANNING.fmb to access those when COST_CENTRE is set to ALL for a user

For version 1.135 - Amended system parameters to restrict them to only Planning screen to avoid discrepancies.

For version 1.136 - Considered the scenario where two cost centres are set for a user and system parameter exist for one of them then system should consider that cost centre rather than the one it was using as per alphanumerical order and if both cost centres are active then system should use the maximum range active for the cost centre parameters.
