This development will allow a hyphen to be used to identify the OBS suffix for the assets should there also be a customer suffix in the same format. Any other item codes will retain a hyphen. The check digit for the non-asset items will not be stored should the check digit be a space character: the space will then not be displayed in C-TMS nor will it be used in WCS. The check digit of a space character will be included in the Microlise interface file for validating the scans of the barcodes for collection and delivery activities.	Dave Meir
