A new EDI process will need to be setup with format KER for outbound files to be generated for the warehouse and owner. The standard package 'dp_conf_edi_out.produce_dyn_edi_files' for stock adjustments will be used for the command. An outbound EDI message can be configured for structure ADJ_FCT and trigger point IAJD_CRE. The format can be declared as fixed length although an EDIFACT file is variable. The file can be consolidated to include all recent transactions in one file but it is expected that separate files will be created for each transaction and the consolidate flag can be set to 'No' accordingly. The EDI process can be setup to send an email to one or more recipients with the generated file(s) attached. It is expected that the files will be placed in an outbound directory for external transfer. |
