The following fields document the report parameters:

| Date From | The start date for the range of data to be included in the report. |
| To | The end date for the range of data to be included in the report. |
Action Buttons
- Detail Report: Generates a detailed report based on the specified date range.
- Summary Report: Generates a summarized report based on the specified date range.
