This is the Med Sequence Translation Maintenance screen (ENQSEQ001).
The following fields document the enquiry and maintenance parameters:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner Code | The unique identifier for the owner related to the sequence. (Required Entry) |
| Advice Note No | The specific advice note number associated with the sequence. |
Action Buttons:
- Display Details: Retrieves and populates the grid with sequence records based on the current search parameters.
- New Enquiry: Clears the current search parameters and readies the screen for a new search.
Sequence Maintenance Grid
This table displays the list of MED sequences and allows for maintenance/deletion:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Warehouse | The identifier for the warehouse location. |
| Serial Number | The serial number or identifier of the item. |
| Med Sequence | The unique code or identifier for the specific MED sequence. |
| Description | A descriptive text for the sequence. |
| Advice Note No | The advice note number associated with this specific sequence record (column data). |
| Grn Num | The Goods Received Note number associated with the record. |
| Delete | A checkbox or flag used to mark the sequence record for deletion. |
Action Buttons:
- Select All: Marks all records in the grid for action (e.g., selection or processing).
- De-Select All: Clears the selection or marks off all records in the grid.
- Delete: Executes the deletion of all records that have been marked using the Delete column checkbox.
