This is the Stock Transaction Report (WHS0585) screen.

Generating a Stock Transaction Report:

The screen displays the following input fields:

• Customer/Supplier: A dropdown list with options Customer and Supplier.
• Stockist Code: An input field for entering a stock code. An LOV is provided.
• Warehouse From/To: Input fields for entering a range of warehouses. An LOV is provided.
• Customer/Supplier From/To: Input fields for entering a range of customer or supplier codes, depending on the Customer/Supplier selection. An LOV is provided.
• Stock From/To: Input fields for entering a range of stock. An LOV is provided.
• Date From/To: Input fields for entering a range of dates.
• Movement Type: An input field for selecting a movement type. An LOV is provided.
• Detailed/Summary: A radio button group with options Detailed and Summary to determine the level of detail in the report.

There is also a button:

• Report

When details are entered, click the Report button, which will start Stock Transaction Report generation. If this is a report, this will ask you how you would like to print the report through the standard screen. More details on this process can be found in the guide Printing From the WMS.
