This is the Stock Snapshot Report screen (WHS2032).
Parameters Tab
The following fields document the report scheduling and parameter options:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Run Time Option | Radio buttons to select the execution timing: Now (to screen or email), Schedule - Create (a new job), or Schedule - Edit (to find an existing job). |
| Report ID | A unique identifier for the scheduled job. |
| Database Job ID | The corresponding database job identifier. |
| Maximum Lines Per File | A text input field specifying the maximum number of data lines to include per output file. |
| Maximum Lines Default | Radio button selection for the file size limit: 65,536 (Excel 2003), 1,048,576 (Excel 2007), or No default. |
| Email Addresses | Text area to input the email addresses that will receive the report. |
| Scheduled Days | Checkboxes to select the days of the week for the scheduled run (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat). |
| Scheduled Time | The specific time of day the scheduled report should run. |
| Report Description | A descriptive text for the report. |
| Return address | The email return address for the report. |
| Email Subject | The subject line for the report email. |
| Email Text | The body text for the report email. |
Action Buttons:
- Run Now / Submit Job: Executes the generation of the report immediately or submits a new scheduled job.
- Stop Job: Stops a currently running or scheduled job.
Log Tab
This tab displays a historical log of emails sent for the report:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Date/Time | The specific date and time the email was sent. |
| Recipient | The recipient's email address (e.g., Sent in copy to). |
