The screen displays the following input fields:

* ''Area From/To'': Input fields for entering a range of area codes. An LOV is provided.
* ''Location From/To'': Input fields for entering a range of location codes. An LOV is provided.
* ''Bay Number Select'': A dropdown list with options ''Both'', ''Odd'', and ''Even'' for selecting bay numbers.
* ''Level From/To'': Input fields for entering a range of levels. An LOV is provided.

There is also a button:

When details are entered, click the '''View Report''' button, which will start Condensed Depot Location Map Report generation.
