WHS1430 GRN Audit Report

This is the GRN Audit Report screen (WHS1430).

The following fields document the report parameters:

Field Name	Description
Receipt Date From	The calendar start date for the report range.
Receipt Date To	The calendar end date for the report range.
Select By	A dropdown menu to select the primary filter type (e.g., Advice No).
Grn Number From	The starting Goods Received Note number for the report range.
Grn Number To	The ending Goods Received Note number for the report range.
Advice Number From	The starting Advice Note number for the report range.
Advice Number To	The ending Advice Note number for the report range.

Action Buttons:

• Run Report: Executes the generation and display of the GRN Audit Report.
