WHS1598 Risk Phrase/Hazard Statement Report

This is the Risk Phrase/Hazard Statement Report screen (WHS1598).

The following fields document the report parameters:

Field Name	Description
Owner	The unique code identifying the owner of the stock.
Sort By	A dropdown selection defining the primary sort order of the report data.
Stock Code From	The starting stock code for the report range.
To	The ending stock code for the report range.
Risk Phrase From	The starting risk phrase identifier for the report range.
To	The ending risk phrase identifier for the report range.

Action Buttons:

• Run Report: Executes the generation and display of the Risk Phrase/Hazard Statement Report.
