STKRP0001 Stock Hazards and Risk Phrases

This is the Stock Hazards and Risk Phrases (STKRP0001 v4.4) screen.

Entering Search Criteria:

You enter the Owner Code field.

You then enter the Stock Code field or leave it blank.

The screen displays Hazard Statements showing:

• Hazard Statement, which can be entered.
• Description

Adding a Hazard Statement:

You click the list of values icon in the Hazard Statement field.

A "Hazard Statements and Risk Phrases" pop-up window appears.

You scroll through the list and select your value.

You then click OK in the pop-up window to confirm your selection.

The Hazard Statement field and the Description field is populated with the selected entry.

Navigating to Hazard Categories:

You click on the Hazard Categories tab.

This window displays:

• Hazard Category
• Description

You click the list of values icon in the Hazard Statement field.

A "Hazard Categories" pop-up window appears.

You scroll through the list and select your value.

You then click OK in the pop-up window to confirm your selection.

The Hazard Category field and the Description field is populated with the selected entry.
