This is the Risk Phrase Maintenanace screen.
There are multiple tabs:
- Hazard Categories
- Hazard Statements
- Risk Relationship
Hazard Categories
On this tab you can maintain each of the hazard categories.
To create a new category, enter a new line, then enter the Category code, then the description.
Hazard Statements
On this tab you can maintain each of the hazard statements. To create a new statement, enter a new line, then enter the Statement code, then the description.
Risk Relationship
This tab allows you to define which Hazard statements are related to which Hazard categories.
To enter a new relationship, enter a new line, enter the Category, then enter the Statement.
