CASN8200 Customer Notepad Screen

This is the Customer Notepad screen (CASN8200).
The following fields document the data grid for notes:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Note | The text field used to enter or view notes related to the customer. |
| Seq No | The sequential number assigned to each note entry. |
Action Buttons:
- Resequence: An action button that re-sorts based on the Seq No field for all notes currently displayed in the grid.
