WHS2030 Stock Enquiry Report

This is the Stock Enquiry Report screen (WHS2030).
Parameters Tab
The following fields document the report scheduling and parameter options:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Schedule Type | Radio buttons to select whether to run the report Now, Schedule (New), or Schedule (Edit). |
| ID | A unique identifier for a scheduled job. |
| Database job id | The corresponding database job identifier. |
| Report Detail Level | Radio buttons to select the output format: Detail or Summary. |
| Warehouse | The unique identifier for the warehouse location being queried. |
| Location type | A dropdown selection for the type of location to include in the report (e.g., ALL). |
| Sort Order | Radio buttons to select the primary sort order: SKU, Warehouse, or Location Type. |
| Email Addresses | Text area to input the email addresses that will receive the report. |
| Scheduled Days | Checkboxes to select the days of the week for the scheduled run (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat). |
| Scheduled Time | The specific time of day the scheduled report should run. |
| Report Description | A descriptive text for the report. |
| Return address | The email return address for the report. |
| Email Subject | The subject line for the report email. |
Action Buttons:
- Run: Executes the generation of the Stock Enquiry Report based on the selected parameters.
Log Tab
This tab displays a historical log of emails sent for the report:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Date/Time | The specific date and time the email was sent. |
| Status/Recipient | The status of the email and/or the recipient's email address. |
