FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
A new .csv data extract is required from MTS to allow the Polish team to manage pallet balances owed from Customers and Carriers. The minimum data requirements to be included in this are:
Schedule Customer Carrier From Location To Location DU Type Qty Delivered Qty Collected Qty returned by Carrier* Date received from Carrier*
The criteria for running this Export should be:
From and To Date based on Schedule (Mandatory) Customer (Optional - if not selected include all) Carrier (Optional - if not selected include all) Owning Depot (Optional - if not selected include all)
Solution
A new csv will be created to run from the existing exports screen. The parameters for this extract will be
Date Range (from and to), Customer, Carrier Owning Depot.
If these values are not selected then All will be chosen.
The below fields will be included in the extract
Schedule Customer Carrier From Location To Location DU Type Qty Collected Qty Delivered Qty Received by Carrier Qty Returned by Carrier Date received from Carrier
Scope
This change will be applied to system version 10.6.
SET-UP
Data
The new export will be added to the standing data to allow it to be selected from the standard exports form. The selection criteria for the export will be;
Date Range Customer(s) All Owning Depot All Carrier(s) All.
3. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The date will be taken from the new table SCH_EQUIPMENT_MOVES. This table is populated when the Actual Despatch, Actual Deliver, Exchange Qty or Received Qty fields are changed. A record is written for each change and will contain the quantity, du type and trip \ order information associated with the move.
The date displayed in the export will be.
