FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
Selection parameters - add a further field box to allow selection of 'Scheduled Orders/ Unscheduled Orders/ All Orders.
Report: Add TOTALS box to top of Pallets and Cases columns
Solution
A new field will be added to the parameters screen. This field will be a drop down list containing the values Scheduled Orders, Unscheduled Orders and All Orders. If nothing is chosen from the list the default will be All Orders.
New total fields will be added to the Pallets and cases columns. These fields will show the total number of pallet and cases. NB The Cases column is currently not populated, as part of this RIO this will now be populated.
Scope
This change will be applied to system version 10.6 on CONTST and once approved CONPRD.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
A new parameter will be added to the report parameters. The new field will be a drop down list containing the options Scheduled Orders, Unscheduled Orders and All. By default the value will be ALL.
The data model on the report will be changed to accommodate this new parameter. The data will be filtered based on the value chosen. If scheduled then only scheduled orders will show, if unscheduled then only unscheduled orders will show. If the value is ALL then all orders will show.
Two totals fields will be added to the report. One for the number of pallets and one for the number of cases. The cases field is not currently populated, so this will be added to the report.
