Client Requirement
Additional requirement and enhancement to RIO NW-7RGU7M (Inbound ATMS - MTS actuals interface). During testing it was found that Isotrak could send a premature update file. This would happen where a ring fence was broken prior to arriving or departing at a destination. We therefore need to re design the MTS interface to accept updates of actuals for both arrive and depart
Solution
Change the package INT_XML_OUT2.sql to update the actual arrive and actual depart times for the trip stops based upon what is being passed in from Isotrak regardless of whether the times are already populated in MTS.
