FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
Add Location Detail Tab
In ORDERS V-2.113 add a further Tab immediately behind Detail to show separated address details of To and From locations entered into order. To include: MTSID, Name, 3 x Address Fields, Town, Postcode, 2 x Telephone Contacts, Constraints.
Solution
The “Order Detail” screen will be changed to include a new page called ‘Loc Detail’ between the ‘Add Detail’ and ‘SAP Detail’ pages. The new page will display the address details for the collection and delivery locations of the order.
The “Trip Manipulation” and “Trip Planning” screens will be changed to include the ability to call a new window called ‘Location Details for X’ (where ‘X’ is the OMS reference) from a popup menu called ‘View Order Locations’; the option will be available when the user right clicks in the unscheduled orders menu

This change will be applied to system version 10.5
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Changes to the Order DetaiL Screen
A new page called “Loc Detail” will be added to the Order details screen between the ‘Add Detail’ and ‘SAP Detail’ tabs. The ‘Loc Detail’ page will display the address details for the collection and delivery locations of the order.
The “Loc Detail” page will display the following adjacent information:
The Collection address and the Delivery address can be derived from the GEO_LOCATION table using the ‘Collect From / Deliver To’ location ids from the order header information.
A button called “View Location Address” will be present beneath each location on this new page i.e. one for Collection detail, one for Delivery detail. When the buttons are pressed the user will be taken directly to the standard location form, the location.
The “Locations” screen will be displayed in query mode for the user who does not have permission to edit the location details and in editable mode for the user who has permission to edit the location details when the “View Location Address” button is pressed.
Changes to the Trip Manipulation Screen
The ‘Trip Manipulation’ screen will be changed to include the ability to call a new window called ‘Location Details for X (where ‘X’ is the OMS reference) from a popup menu called ‘View Order Locations’.
The option will be available when the user right clicks in the unscheduled orders menu.
New option ‘View Order Locations’ will be added above “Show Trip Details” option:
A new location detail screen will contain the same information, layout and features as new “Loc Detail” page on the Orders screen (see previous section).
Changes to the Trip Planning Screen
The same changes as Trip Manipulation screen will also be made to the Trip Planning screen:
