FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW

Client Requirement

Add View POD button to the Debrief form and the Order summary form

Solution

A new button called “View POD” will be added to the Order summary screen on the ORDER form. A new button called “View POD” will be added to the Order Debrief form. This new button will be added next to the Order Detail button.

Scope

This change will be applied to system version 10.5

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Changes to the Order Screen

A new button “View POD” will be added to the Order summary screen on the ORDER form. This new button will be added just after “View Trip” button. When this button pressed, it will show POD document detail of the order highlighted if it exists (refer to order screen for detail on how to get/show POD document).

Changes to the Order Debrief Screen

A new button called “View POD” will be added to the Order Debrief form. This new button will be added next to the Order Detail button. When this button pressed, it will show POD document detail of the order highlighted if it exists (refer to order screen for detail on how to get/show POD document).

Changes to the Trip Debrief Screen

A new button called “View POD” will be added to the Trip Debrief form. This new button will be added next to the Calc Times button. When this button pressed, it will show POD document detail of the order highlighted if it exists (refer to order screen for detail on how to get/show POD document).
