FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
Amend the HC Haulier Trip Sheet Export as follows: Insert "Post Code" between "Customer Address" and "Customer". Amend "Booking Time" to read from the Latest Delivery Time on the order rather than from the Planned Time on the Trip Stop.
Solution
OBS will modify the HC Haulier Trip Sheet Export (DP_CSV2.write_haulier_trip_sheet) so that “Post Code” from the Customer’s Address will be displayed between “Customer Address” and “Customer”.
Data under the title “Booking Time” will be taken from LATE_DEL field on the table SCH_ORD. The column title will remain as “Booking Time”.
NB No alterations will be made to the HC Haulier Trip sheet Report. No spec required.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Changes to the HC Haulier Trip Sheet Export
The DP_CSV2.write_haulier_trip_sheet will be changed to select postcode from geo_location. Selected post code will be displayed between “Customer Address” and “Customer” on the HC Haulier Trip Sheet Export.
The DP_CSV2.write_haulier_trip_sheet will also be changed to get late_del from sch_ord for the “Booking Time”. Currently export use sch_trip_stop_unload.arrive as the “Booking Time”.
