FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
Client Requirement
Within the current XML interface the SAP line numbers are received, these need be visible and used to display the items on each of the order screens that show the item, in the same sequence as the despatch documentation.
Solution
Orders Form
Due to a limited space on the Orders form tabs the order items fields will be made configurable to allow extra fields to be added. The user will be able to right click on a field in the Order Items tab, this will produce a menu option for ‘Configure Layout’. Choosing this option will open up a new popup window in which the user can alter the layout of the fields.
The new field SAP Line Number will be added to the screen and will be included in the configurable layout.
The sap line number field will be populated from the column SCH_ORD_ITEMS.SAP_LINE_NO, which is populated when the orders are sent in from SAP. The field will not be editable by users.
If the SAP Line Number is displayed in the screen, then the order items will be displayed in Sap line number order.
Trip Debrief Form
Due to a limited space on the Trip Debrief form tabs the order items fields will be made configurable to allow extra fields to be added.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
3.1 Orders screen
The Order items tab will be modified to allow the layout of the fields to be controlled by the user.
A new right click menu option will be added to the Items tab, this will be labelled ‘Configure Layout’.
This will bring up a popup screen that will allow the user to pick which items to view in on the tab.
Each field can be selected for display and the width of the field can also be altered.
Part of this development will be to add SAP_LINE_NO to the fields that can be displayed. The value for the item will be taken from SCH_ORD_ITEMS.SAP_LINE_NO, which is populated when the orders are sent in from SAP. The field will not be editable by users.
