Functional Overview
Client Requirement
Change Request Summary:
Provide a report of locations with no LAT / LONG coordinates Paul McGoran/Manchester/UK/NFC
Change Request Details:
A report will be provided to allow locations without LAT and LONG coordinates to be generated. This will allow user intervention for location data to be manually corrected prior to exporting orders to Paragon for planning.
This should be considered as priority 4 in the BG Waste delivery
Benefits identified as a result of the change:
Ensure that addresses are good prior to passing & received order from Paragon
Solution
A new CSV extract will be created based on UNSCHEDULED and SCHED_COLL orders which have a British Gas cost centre. The extract will identify all locations on the selected orders which do not have a lat long value assigned.
The extract will report the following information:

The extract will order the data by the most recently created locations first. The schedule name and date will be included to identify orders that are too old to be passed to paragon.
The extract will be available to run from the Exports menu and will be delivered to the users PC in an CSV format file which can then be saved as an Excel worksheet etc.

A record will be added to REP_REPORT for the Extract.
A record will be added to REP_REPORT_PARAM for the cost centre parameter. This will default to BGWASTECC.
Functional Description
A new extract will be created in CTMS. The report will run from the Exports screen (EXPORTS.fmx). The extract will be produced in CSV format and will be displayed locally on the user’s PC.
The cost centre will be provided as a parameter to the report. This will be defaulted to BGWASTECC but will allow the user to select another cost centre if required.
The extract will run for all orders at a status of UNSCHEDULED or SCHED_COLL which have a cost centre of BGWASTECC.
The extract will contain any locations (From Loc or To Loc) on the selected orders that do not have a latitude or longitude value.
The information displayed will be:

If both the From location and To location on the order are missing the latitude or longitude, the order information will appear twice, once for each location.
The extract will show the most recent locations (based on the created date) first.
