This document describes the contents of this Aptean POD – Calidus Edition device release.


Platforms/Databases

The release will be tested against & supported only for the following platform/database combinations:

  • Android O/S 4.4.x Kit Kat or higher on previously verified devices

This is a release of the Aptean POD – Calidus Edition device application.


Released Incidents / Changes

This release contains the following fixes/changes:

01804003 - Devices Freezing

The bug is related to cancelling or changing a quantity on a product where that job is a collection linked to a delivery.

This has now been fixed so that the product on the delivery job is found and updated correctly, with the quantity updated, the product cancelled (if cancelled or zero-quantity) at collection, and the job marked as amended.

The app has also been modified to prevent this kind of fatal error occurring again when changing quantity against products.

Performance Notes

It is not thought that this change will have any impact on performance although it is our recommendation that the performance of all areas of the application is validated during testing to ensure that performance is still good.

There are no related releases, although it is strongly recommended that EPOD server release 4.5.1.11 is released along-side this change, to enable previously released system functionality and essential bug fixes.
